On both the brand side and the agency side, I've been fortunate to work on well-loved projects for a large roster of companies. For the past three years, I’ve lead the Design & Creative team for Cisco.com. Prior to this, I was a Senior Art Director at Apple, leading Design Systems for Interactive Retail Web and App experiences. At Apple, I was honored with the very first Marcom All Star award—awarded by my peers for extraordinary contributions to the company.
Before I started in digital work, I grew up visiting my dad’s advertising studio and poring over design books. I learned to screen print and hand-set letterpress type, followed by a stint designing store windows and exclusive product for fashion designer Marc Jacobs. When I began working in retail e-commerce, I moonlighted studying couture dressmaking. While I may no longer be hand-setting type or draping dresses, I apply this same precision and passion for craft to my digital work today.
Fun fact: I'm a certified Super Recognizer, a designation that means I rarely forget a face. As a design leader, it allows me to leverage a sense of design precision, strong visual memory, and pattern recognition in all that I do.
